In essence, you tell us what you need and we will do the "dirty work", making you save time and money.

You can make "requests for quotes" for virtually every kind of product or service, through:

-) List of installers of PV installations (click here) to request a quote or a survey for your new photovoltaic plant!
-) The ads/rfq board (click here), using the appropriate link for generic requests.
The service is totally free and do not require any registration! You'll just have to fill out a form by entering all the details of your request.
1) Once your request will be received and approved, this will be sent automatically to all registered dealers and will be published in the "Ads/Rfq boards".
2) Dealers, at that point, will see your ad's details online by clicking on the code and, through a special link within the ad itself, can send their quotes.
The response is set to "waiting" until the customer does not take a decision about it.
3) Once we will receive quotes from our retailers and distributors, you will be adviced through an email notification.
4) Inside the email notification, you will have a special link to click that will give you private access to the list of quotes.
Through private access, you can decide to accept or reject every single quote, or suspend it until the expire of the ad, waiting for better offers. (look at the image)
Once the ad is expired, companies can no longer send quotes and if there are "suspended" quotations you will be required to decide whether to accept or reject them.
5) If you should accept one of these quotes, you will be immediately put in touch with the dealer who sent the offer to conclude the purchase, receive the invoice and check out the latest informations (payment terms, shipping costs, delivery time..) .

For BUYERS
-) The one who opens an ad is obliged to respect the commitment that companies are making in trying to offer the best prices and the best conditions to purchase.
The "buyer" is required to open an ad only if actually interested in a possible purchase of the goods, naturally if the best offer received is convenient.
The "buyer" must check every day his mail account, through which it will receive all notifications concerning his ad.
-) ADS STATUS: the status of an ad can be open, expired or closed.
An ad is open until the 15th day from the online publication.
The ad expires after the 15th day and is closed after the 25th day.
When the ad is "open", the buyer can accept, suspend o reject an offer. When a buyer put an offer responseto "suspended" status, it means that he will take a decision about it (to accept or reject) at the expiration of the ad, waiting for better offers.
When the ad is "expired", if the buyer has left some quotes "suspended", will definitely required to accept or reject them.
When the ad exceed the 25th day from the date of publication, the ad is closed and all the quotes in it automatically rejected.
For SELLERS
-) If an ad has already received one or more quotes, new quotes must obligatorily be best of the actual best offer.
The price of the new offer must be lower than 0.5% at least.
-) Once published a quote, its "response" will be set to "waiting" until the buyer will not have decided whether to accept it, reject it or suspend its decision until the expiry of the ad.
